Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to court time, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:

-Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking will receive full club credit, which can be used toward future court bookings or programs.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable, and the full booking fee will be charged with no credit issued.
-No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are charged in full.
-This applies to regular court bookings in addition to all social sessions (match-play, social-play, tournaments etc)
