MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Memberships are billed on an annual basis and automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the original purchase date.

Cancellations must be made prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the following year.
Once the annual membership period has begun, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for the remaining months of that membership year.

To cancel, members must provide written notice (e.g., email or phone) at least 1 hour before the renewal date

Please note, this membership is between you and James Thurston at Melbourne Pickle Club. In the event of an owner / business change, if the new owner decides to change the membership terms, you will be offered the opportunity to claim a refund proportional to the percentage of the year the membership has not transpired yet.

Member-free days will be announced on our WhatsApp group and we have no requirement to make contact in any other form. The WhatsApp group link is on our website (get in touch if you cannot find the link)
